For all IAA Packages you have the option of booking an additional catering package.
Our catering partner delivers a basic catering package onto your stand before the start of the event.
This basic catering package includes:
• 1 Filter coffee machine
• 1 Kettle
• Coffee powder (500 g) and a portioning aid
• Selection of teas (50 bags Earl Grey, green tea)
• Portion milk (120 pieces)
• Coffee filters (1 x 4, 80 pieces)
• Portion sugar (600 x 3,5 g) Fair Trade
• Coffee/tea mugs (sustainable) 100 pieces 0,2 l
• Coffee spoons (sustainable) 100 pieces
• Still water (6 x 1,5 l)
• Mineral water (12 x 1 l natural and 12 x 1 l medium)
• Drinking cups (sustainable) 100 pieces of 0.3 l each
• Selection of biscuits (2 kg)

Additional services included:
- Electric power hookup: The stand will be supplied with power rated at 3 kW. Hookup and consumption are included in the rental fee.
- Cleaning: The stand and its fixtures/furnishings and floor (exhibits and glass are excluded) will be cleaned before the event starts and each evening during the event including the emptying of the waste basket.
- Waste disposal: Please separate the waste to be disposed of into recyclable and non-recyclable materials and make them available for pick-up in front of the stand after the end of the event. You will receive an 80 litre garbage bag each for recyclable and non-recyclable materials - we will take care of the disposal. If the stand waste exceeds the usual amount, the additional disposal will be invoiced separately. The disposal of the packaging material is not included.
- Insurance: Insurance cover is provided for damage caused during the rental period to the stand construction, equipment and furnishings included in the IAA Package.
