Press conferences will take place in the Convention Center (CC) and at the exhibition stands.
On the 1st Press Day, all exhibitors are obliged to keep their stands staffed during the opening hours.

Access to the exhibition grounds during the setup and dismantling times (setup: 3 to 13 September 2026 (18:00) | dismantling: 20 September (19:00) to 25 September 2026) is only possible on presentation of a setup and dismantling pass.
This pass must be carried in digital or printed form when entering the exhibition grounds and must be presented at the gateways, entrances and in the halls on request. The passes are non-transferable.
The setup and dismantling passes can be ordered in the Exhibitor Shop and need to be registered in order to become valid. Exhibitors at IAA TRANSPORTATION must order the passes in the product category "Tickets and parking permits" for the service providers/trades commissioned by them. These passes are free of charge.
