Vehicle Entry from 3 to 11 September 2026

From 3 to 11 September 2026, all vehicles may enter in accordance with the official entry regulations.

On 12 and 13 September 2026, the following regulations apply:

• Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
  Entry remains permitted at all times.

• Self-propelled exhibits under 3.5 tonnes
  Entry is free of charge on 12 and 13 September 2026, provided the vehicle has been registered at einfahrtscheine@messe.de by the evening before entry. Please state the exhibitor’s name, hall, stand number and the vehicle’s registration number.

Exhibits for display areas in the outdoor area

(Please check your stand confirmation to see whether your stand area  is a display area.)

Exhibits for display areas in the outdoor area, mainly along Expo-Allee, may only be brought to their designated areas on 14 September 2026 between 05:00 and 08:00. Until they are in place, exhibits may be temporarily stored in Car Park West 35.

Vehicles on display areas require an exhibit permit. This must be applied for in advance via einfahrtscheine@messe.de.
