You will receive the following invoices from Deutsche Messe: 

1. Advance payment invoice for services (from mid-July 2026)
Prior to the event, Deutsche Messe AG will issue and send an advance payment invoice for services by e-mail to exhibitors at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026. The invoice will be sent from NOREPLY@INVOICE.MESSE.DE.

The advance payment amounts to EUR 20/m² for space in the halls and EUR 12/m² for outdoor spaces.

The advance payment applies to services provided by Deutsche Messe AG and ordered by you in the Exhibitor Shop, for example:

• Electricity consumption when ordering an electrical connection, plus consumption-based charges
• Water consumption
• Event technology/equipment
• Trade visitor tickets
• Exhibitor passes

Please note that this list is not exhaustive.

The advance payment for services is not a flat-rate settlement. It will be credited against the final invoice for services approximately 8 weeks after the event. Depending on whether the total cost of the services ordered exceeds the advance payment, the final invoice will result in an additional payment or a refund.

Offsetting the advance payment for services against the stand rental fee is not possible.

2. Final invoice for services (from early November 2026)
After the event, Deutsche Messe AG will issue and send the final invoice for services by e-mail to exhibitors at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026. The invoice will also be sent from NOREPLY@INVOICE.MESSE.DE.

The invoices for services will be issued 6 to 8 weeks after the event, as the actual usage data must first be provided by the service partners.

The final invoice covers all services ordered in the Exhibitor Shop and provided by Deutsche Messe AG and its service providers. Invoices from third-party providers, such as DSV Fairs & Events or Aramark, are not included.

These services will be invoiced separately:

Prior to the event:
- Rental system stands and IAA packages
- Outdoor advertising

2–3 weeks after the event:
- Conference rooms in the conference & convention areas
